Include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version and a short description of what happened. Avoid sending complete books, private library screenshots or sensitive documents. If a sample is needed, use a small, rights-cleared excerpt.

Where do my books go?

Your library and recognition results are stored locally on your iPhone. There is no Palunero account and no in-app iCloud library syncing. Device backups depend on your Apple settings. Keep a separate copy of irreplaceable material.

A word looks wrong

Recognition is fallible. Check the passage against its original scan. Lighting, page curvature, print and language affect results. A clearer replacement image may help; preparation preserves original saved bytes until you explicitly remove the material.

My reading time looks different

Scanned-reader timing counts visible foreground reading time and pauses when leaving, locking the phone or opening reader tools. A paper-book timer is explicit. Logged time does not measure attention or comprehension.
